Well that was a bit better. Better pace and it was quite( 🤣🤣🤣🤣) enjoyable!!!! Still not fast but a good 4 k run is better than no run🤣🤣🤣🤣🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️Happy running everyone.

Yes I’m pleased I did get out of bed early this morning. I seem to like 4 k as a distance and it a handy route near to home. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Haha. Sounds good to me. Onwards and upwards Scruff55. I find the gremlins are quite active at this time of year particularly if the previous run was a bit if a challenge. But I'm always glad when I've run rather than listen to the them.

Yes 4 k seems to suit me at the moment with the route being close to home too. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done, you got out there, and it was enjoyableish! I only did a 30 min, 3.86 km today, but felt good that i'd got out, with the wind and rain here, of work now, but could have quite happily stayed in, with my feet up! 🤣
