Hello all. Well first of all I'm glad all the slush has gone which was made worse by it melting then freezing again . The pavements were like an ice rink in places as the temperature went down to about 1 degree.
But today actually felt warmer as it went up to 6 degrees so had the tshirt back on.
I went out today for a longer run of 10 miles which was very enjoyable and I got a pb of 1.41 and I've found my favourite flavour of SIS gels, fruit salad. It was very tasty.
Entered my mileage on the LEJOG website and I received my postcard for 800 miles so not long to go now.
Happy running ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐๐ ๐

No, def not! Itโs so great seeing them pop up here, rather motivating! (Iโm not getting to 800k anyway, Iโm too slow but proud of it ๐๐ฝ๐๐ข๐๐ปโโ๏ธ)
Congratulations on that 10 miles PB and getting to 800 miles on LeJog, it was great to see the back of that icy weather last week, you now have only 74 miles until you get to John O Groats, I know that you will complete it before Christmas, perhaps another Half Marathon if you feel like doing that would be a excellent way to complete your wonderful achievement with Lejog. ๐ ๐๐พ ๐
Wonderful achievement and with a 10mile PB too ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ glad the weather improved for you, on to the next 74 miles and completing the challenge.
Wow Buddy. Youโll be at J oโG before you know it! Fantastic to see an 800 miles postcard. Happy running now, all the way to the finish ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐.
