After a hard three weeks I needed to get back to running. So this morning I ran a 5k, felt so much better for it. The plan is now to run 5k three times a week until the new year, then do Ju Ju’s distance plan. Thank you everyone for your lovely messages. I just need to keep motivated now. 🙏💪❤️

Thank you really tough time. They are part of your family. I am hoping doing 5k three times a week I will not find the distance plan too hard. How are you doing?

I fully know what you mean as we have an 11 year old Cocker Spaniel who is definitely part of the family ! All well here, still running! Shorter 4K or so runs twice a week as work is busy, but then a longer run at the weekend, so far made it to 11k distance. You will be there also once you complete the plan !

Totally understand ,sometimes we just need to go into hibernation mode while we deal with the things life throws at us . So pleased you are feeling ready to get out and run again. You know it will help, and you have a great challenge lined up for the New Year!I'm still plodding I've missed 2of the short runs but everything else is on target and I hope to do for the first time 10k on Saturday
