Completed my first 10k yesterday and still on a high! thanks to juju's plan.

My next goal is to lower my 5km time (PB - 33:22). Where can I find a plan to follow for speed training?

Not exactly sure where you can get a plan for speed training, try a YouTube video by typing "Speed Training for Running"

Well done! I have completed my first 10k this Sunday as part of the Dementia UK 50 miles in November challenge, but I have not tried a 10k plan. How do I find Juju's plan?

It’s pinned at the top of this forum. It’s a very good plan and you can choose to follow the distance plan or timed plan.
