Stayed at my bubbles house yesterday so thought try a run from there today...
Well forgot it was on a slight incline..... not quite a hill lol but was different from my flat routes...
This was wk 2 of the 10k programme so run 15 mins walk 1 min repeated 3 times then continued for the 5 min walk bit n stretched when got in....but didn't have it in me to push for the extra distance to make it a 10k today...😒
Tbh felt knackered and achy almost all way through but carried on ....

We all get runs like that, at least you got out there and got it done including that incline which if you’re anything like me would have been a shock to the system 😉 Maybe an extra days rest is on the cards for you, so you can recharge your batteries.
