Ju Ju’s magic plan - timed version

Happy Sunday all. I completed the final run of the timed version of Ju Ju’s magic plan today. I’m going to repeat these three durations for a couple of week to consolidate, but then want to start the distance version

My pace is very slow (which I’m absolutely fine with) so at the moment the distance I am covering is nearest to week 2 of the distance version

My question is, should I start at week one of the distance plan, or jump straight into week 2?

Thanks in advance

Not advisable to jump anything, start at week 1 of the distance plan. 😊 Well done on completing the final run of the timed version. 😊 🏃🏾 👍

No slow is too slow. Enjoy your rerun this time to 10k. You can do it. Happy running 🤗

Well done on completing the plan. Only just completed W1 myself. I’m loving your 60 min graduate badge! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I think I’d be tempted to start the timed plan at the beginning to give your body a rest and to consolidate running the longer distances, but I don’t really know. Glad you asked the question. I’ll be interested to read the answers too.
