5km here I come 😁

Had an amazing run this morning. Haven't been able to get out since Tuesday due to parenting and work commitments and for the first time ever, I genuinely felt as if I was missing my running. Determined to get out today, whatever the weather, I headed off in light but chilly rain, got soaking wet feet in the first minute but ending up ru ning my longest length of time and distance ever. Found a nice pace early, ran where I fancied which wasn't my planned route and enjoyed the sunshine and blue skies that came out 5 minutes in ☀️ In the end I ran for 37.5m and a distance of 4.6km. Previously the most I done was 3.75km in 31 minutes. Feeling as if that 5km is in sight 😁
