Running lights recs please

Any recs for running lights please? I suffer with balance problems so I think I might be best with a chest light. I would like something that lights my way but also makes me visible too. I'm only running around housing/industrial estates and footpaths so not country lanes. Budget not really an issue. I'm a size 12 female (if that makes a difference!) And a long way from elite!! 7pm is a good running time for me..but not if it's dark!

I have a Lumefit run light from Amazon which lights you up at the back and the road ahead at the front. Have a look as it is a chest strap one 😁

Brilliant, thank you, I think that's the one I was looking at. Think I'm going to get one of those highly reflective gilets too.
