Ok, not such a good quote from Macbeth for this post - he'd had enough of life. Me? I can't wait for tomorrow. I'm out of self isolation and out running again 🥳. I've got a lot of #lejog miles to catch up! I was thinking of staying up and going at one minute past midnight.

I've discovered in the last 14 days that I am actually addicted to running. It's got me through this year. To everyone who has been shielding, self isolating or ill, I salute you. I didn't realise just how difficult it is until now. 💚

Thanks guys. I think I might have to set myself a new goal. Our family have just cancelled our Christmas arrangements (😥😥😥). I think I might run my half marathon on Christmas day.
