Agree, be kind to everyone including your dog of course and your neighbours, talking about neighbours, the owner of Holly the dog is thinking of starting C25K once he has had his minor heart operation, of course he doesn't know when that will be.
I have inspired him, many times last year I came back on a Saturday morning from a parkrun and he was always first to ask me how I got on at Dunfermline, as a child he lived very near Dunfermline.
π Not rubbish poetry at all! Itβs the thoughts behind it that count anyway. Ditto Buddy π€
A little bit of kindness goes along long way, just like all our miles as we travel along, trails, woods, canals, seafronts and roadways, itβs doing us all some good through these challenging times.

Brilliant little ditty. Happy world kindness day. Daughter has been kind enough to let me have nave hugs this morning as child minder canβt take him - school in service. Baby hugs has been kind enough to give hubby and I lots of snotty kisses, he doesnβt understand the 2m rule. Weβve been kind enough to let daughter have an afternoon to herself while we hold onto baby hugs for more sloppy kisses. Is that enough kindness π€π π
Happy world kindness day Buddy. Thereβs no doubt there is no finer forum than this one for support and good advice. Iβll have to check if mr garmin was kind enough to give me a special badge for ruining today.
Love it! Fully endorse your message... C25K and this supportive forum have been instrumental in getting me off my backside and RUNNING! Thank you all so much!
