Well it finally arrived!!!! Hooooorrrrayyy!!!

My London Vitality 10,000 Medal and Running Shirt, my first bit of running bling and I must say I’m very impressed 😊

A nice chunk of a medal with a New Balance Running Shirt which fits perfectly.

Looking forward to entering more events in 2021 as I’ve already got the running bling bug, which I suspect is quite common with most who are on this forum.

It’s a lovely reward for all the effort I’ve put in since starting C25k, which now seems a really long time ago.

The London Vitality 10,000 was so popular this year with runners on this forum that people like me who did not take part have decided to enter it next year, the virtual version of course.

I will enter it nearer the time, enjoy wearing the T Shirt and bling when you are out running. 😊 🏃🏾

Thank you. Whilst I was out running today I decided I am going to sign up, have no idea regarding the sizes of the t-shirts though as it says unisex normally a Medium is a 12 but not sure!!

Mine arrived on Monday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I just wish they did the T-shirt in a women's fit.

Definitely going to enter some more events in 2021, it keeps things interesting and it would be lovely to have a few more medals to add to this one.

Congratulations. Did you find the little triangle with the ‘virtual’ dates to stick on? I nearly missed it - mine arrived last week - and the email to explain about it arrived about a week later! Feels good to get actual bling doesn’t it!

Yeah the virtual ones you can do on your normal route. The Vitality one gave you from 24.10 to 01.11.20, within which to do your 10k run. Once you’ve done it you download your evidence to the organisers, pretty straightforward 👍

Yes virtual means you plan your own route. I ran a new route and got my best 10k time this year... by about 6 mins! It’s all part of the fun!
