I realised yesterday that I was actually supposed to run 5.5km on Saturday instead of 5k so ran 3km today. So that is week one completed. Pleasant run splits were 6:01, 6:02, 6:00 felt strange not running 5k!
I met a friend for a walk after my run then ended up having to run home as started raining really heavy (did not have my jacket!) so did another short 2.29km home 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️
Looking forward to starting week two on Wednesday.
