8.9 miles today ....it took me 2 hours ..but there were plenty of uphill running ...my breathing was fine ..in the sense that i would have been able to talk had i been running with a partner ...it was my legs that felt it ..plus the fact of running on the road hard surface] ..but 10 miles is within easy reach now ..

Hi I do 10miles in 2hours am 60 so I think it's not a bad time realy but I dont do it for speed some people can do it alot faster but we are running our way and that's all that matters well done
