I say that because I seem to have lost the list of lovely runny people who’s antics I’ve been following for the last year or so. No idea how that’s happened so I’ll have to start again! Hence some of you might suddenly find me following you when you though I already was. Sorry about that, even Dexy5 didn’t know how to help and she’s normally my go-to tech person!
On to other things, I haven’t really posted much after my recent runs so thought it was time I did! Not that there’s much to report on this morning’s 5k joffle along the seafront. Beautifully sunny but a strong easterly wind, brr! I tried to concentrate on keeping my arms moving and my head up (I’m terrible for looking down at my feet!); it was very slow at 49:19 but that’s because I thought I was doing well! Funny how that happens, it seems the faster I think I’m moving, the slower I actually am! Happy weekend running folks!

Oh dear OGR. You’ve done the forum equivalent of losing your address book 😧! I’m afraid I don’t know how to help you retrieve your list but perhaps you could look at who follows you and take it from there? 🤗
Thanks Alan, yes I can see my posts and the list of people following me. I couldn’t see anything that tells me how many I’m following (so thank you for telling me it’s 43!) or who they are! Enjoy your 21st tomorrow!
It is curious the way that how fast you think you are going and how fast you are really going seem to have little to do with each other - I am firmly in that camp too. 😄
I lost my list too, but if you go into edit your profile, you should see your followers and who you are following there. It seems to have been hidden away there recently!
The link Hidden posted worked for me OGR. Yes a chilly wind on the seafront - Mrs JP and I were walking there mid-morning but cheated by cutting inland when we were against the wind!
We were running from 1050 JP, wasn’t it a lovely morning for getting on the Prom? It’s certainly busier again now. I think we’ll be avoiding running there at weekends again.
