I'm new here, it a new month and taking up a new challenge bridging the gap between 5k and 10k after a couple of months consolidation I am ready to get stuck in. We have just learned the country will yet again be locked down for the next 4 weeks. So, what better time to focus on a new challenge. Anyone one else ready to bridge the gap? According the the lockdown rules in my local area there will be no limit on the time allowed for exercise outdoors. Time to get the running shoes on and out for some fresh are and exercise. Who's going to take up the challenge?

Similar, but slower and just did a month’s consolidation . Using juju magic plan plus Nike coach Bennett to help motivate me when I need it ( most of the time!).

I'm aiming for a 6min/km 10km, I've been working on achieving 10km and getting faster, did my first 10k 2 weeks ago, just finished my 3rd 10k this morning, harder in the wind!
I’m starting Ju Ju’s bridge to 10 K today after 4 weeks consolidation of 5K. As you say good focus in lock down, we got this!

Graduated C25k last month...have managed 9 consolidation runs since then. Complicated by our Welsh Lockdown where although allowed unrestricted exercise, it should start/end at your front door.
So 5 have been along the undulating main road...containing a few sneaky inclines 😬
Can’t wait for my usual flatter routes next week 😅 but got started this week with The Magic Plan (distance) 😊
