I looked at the forecast and decided better go now otherwise I will be running in 40hr winds! I did one 9 km run last week, thought I'd enter the vitality 10 k and that would complete the magic plan nicely. So set off dog πΆ in tow and with a bit of help from a tail wind on the way back did the run in 1.36. getting to 5 k seemed the hardest part. I would not have imagined last October when I started C25k (yet again) that I would be still running!
Massive well done. I read your title and thought you wanted to promote the nutritional supplement, Tailwind π€£
Great running here, well done!
Isn't it great discovering the feeling of realising things we didn't know we could do? You put all the hard work and effort in and deserve to feel so pleased!

Thanks I don't think it's sunk in yet! When you walk 10 km seems such a long way and never thought I'd run it!
