Hi Sunnytom, welcome to the forum! There's no app, most of us use JuJu's magic plan (it's one of the pinned posts), which lays out the basic structure and you then tailor the runs to your preference. Eg some people do intervals or hill training for their shorter runs. Other people follow different plans, like the ones you can set on Strava, Garmin or Runkeeper... It's a lot more flexible than the C25K. You could also try out the C25K+ podcasts - look for 'what next' pinned post on the C25K forum, it links to those podcasts. Whatever path you choose, this forum is full of really lovely people with lots of knowledge and good advice! It's just as welcoming and supportive as the C25K forum 👍😃

Good luck with your next phase, I look forward to reading your updates 👣👣

Oh thank you that makes it a little clearer.

Been out on my own since completing couch to 5k and really missed the structure and support.

Thank you

I know what you mean, I started losing motivation after the first few consolidation runs. JuJu's magic plan was just what I needed, I thoroughly recommend it 👍 I've also become a fan of the Nike Run Club guided runs, you can download the app onto your phone and play your own music, a bit like the C25K. If you fancy something more quirky, you could try the zombies run app, you have quests to complete while running away from zombies, it's a lot fun 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️😂😂

Me too. I am much better and motivated when you have a structure and plan to follow.

Will have a look at the Nike one

Thank you

Welcome! As others have said, you can follow various plans and lots of people do Ju-Jus magic plan. You can use the timed version, but you can also choose the distance version. You say you miss the structure of ct5k so it would probably suit you.

Or, you can just do your own thing. That's what I did, but just because that's my mindset!

Whatever you choose, keep posting. The folk on here are great and we all support each other!

Welcome to the bridge Sunnytom. You can get a 'graduate' after your name once you reach the goals - there's one for 60 minutes and another for 10k.

Good luck and happy running.
