Hadn’t run for 2 weeks... knew I should but couldn’t quite gather enthusiasm. Fat gremlin said... don’t go out it’s been 14 days you won’t be able to run as well you will need to start from scratch. Thin gremlin said.... go and see how long you can run for don’t listen.

Day 14 I forced myself out... Ran for 30 minutes managed 3.2 km. have run every day since then.., now up to 40 minutes and found my passion again.

Morale.... you don’t lose your fitness that Fast... it’s all in the mind 😊

I won’t but trying to do between 3.5 to 5k at least 5 days out of 7 in November.... Gentle run n8ng to soothe the mind

You are so right! I think you really do become a runner when you realise the only thing stopping you is yourself.

Yes, most if it is, fitness isn't lost in just 2 weeks, but it can be a nice occasional rest from running, which can be beneficial.
