A challenging week is looming... back in to work (HE) a birthday (60 is close) so I needed to destress. My 40th consolidation from C25k I put an Abba playlist on and off I went = 10k 😱 I can't believe how far I have come since the start in March. Fantastic plan, lovely community thank you 😊
