4K 🎯
Starting the last week of the Magic 10K Plan with a stress busting 4K speed/interval run 🏃♂️
I really wanted to keep my pace consistent today so that was my primary goal. I shot myself in the foot a bit by clocking the first K as a sub 5 minutes 🤦♂️
Oh well, personal challenge accepted 💪
Quite pleased that all K’s were sub 5 minutes and fairly consistent!
The plan was 1K of running with 90 seconds recovery walk for anyone interested in giving it a go. Don’t worry - I couldn’t maintain that pace for 4K without intervals!
