2nd post covid week back

Still struggling with extreme tiredness early morning and evening. Wish that’d clear. However managed 5.5k, 3k and 5.3k this week with the last one on a route with a long climb.

Fitness nowhere near where it was, but happier than last week. Think I’ll try this again for a couple of weeks then see if I can build up the distance again, probably through magic rather than the garmin plans.

Noticed I’m getting stiff ankles the day after a run, any ideas ? Am I trying to do too much too soon?

Also noticed I’m constantly having to hitch my shorts up now, must have stretched them 😂

Maybe you are pushing yourself just a bit hard? Take it gently, walk and run and just ease back into it. There's no rush! You stress clearly not going to stop running now!
