Still struggling with extreme tiredness early morning and evening. Wish that’d clear. However managed 5.5k, 3k and 5.3k this week with the last one on a route with a long climb.
Fitness nowhere near where it was, but happier than last week. Think I’ll try this again for a couple of weeks then see if I can build up the distance again, probably through magic rather than the garmin plans.
Noticed I’m getting stiff ankles the day after a run, any ideas ? Am I trying to do too much too soon?

I'm glad you're on the mend. If you're sore, then maybe do a run-walk twice a week for a bit instead of a run. The ratio can be up to you. It's not 'cheating' to walk, it's a way of building your recuperation into the runs themselves, so your rest days are even more effective.
You might be pushing yourself too hard, I was i’ll with a covid like pneumonia back in January and 2 weeks afterwards i ran 1.6k and built slowly, ran 8k in mid April, it can be a long slog just take it easy and be kind to yourself
Huge respect to you for tenacity. Easy for me to say, but I think the quickest way back to full fitness is to listen to your body and be kind to yourself.
These exercises are for injury, but I think they're great for general mobility:
Managed to put my back out big style early this week, absolutely nothing to do with the running, but it’s led to more downtime. Fortunately my wife is an ex massage therapist so has been fixing it. (Ex due to covid regulations).
