Been best part of a year since I started c25k never thought I could run suffering from a calf injury which set me back and today run my furthest distance which I am chuffed with 10 miles happy running all stay safe

That's really good. I would be interested to know how you got through your calf injury. I'm coming back from a right calf strain. I've just done two 25 min runs with out pain. Three things I changed, tried to run on grass, increased the rest days, and did some strength training.

Heal drops lots of them rocking heals and toes I also looked on YouTube short runs it took about 6 months but still get the odd pain

My physo said carry on running but stop when you feel pain and I done a lot of light bike 🚲 work
