Well the weathers changed for some of us and where i am in Scotland its pouring with rain , my favourite running weather. I ran one of my 10k routes and just enjoyed every minute of it. Some cars thought it would be funny to soak me but the jokes on them really as I was already drenched .
So off for a shower then out with the dog although Buddy's not to keen on the rain.

Wonderful run for you today, yes quite a contrast in the weather from yesterday, I know you love running in the rain, so well done, between yesterday and today that's another 9 miles onto your Lejog distance plus your walks with Buddy your dog.
I chickened out this morning as today's Mancunian weather is pulses of very heavy rain with light rain between. The forecasted window of light rain between 7am and 8am didn't happen. I got all kitted up in anticipation, then looked out the window and at the rain radar charts.
An extra rest day will probably do my ankles good anyway.
Good rain running. I was also out this morning to get the early weather windowπ€£ so much for forward planning - got completely soaked.
Didn't mind at all in fact really enjoyed it just a wee 4k to get back out there. Let's hope this weather doesn't last all winter some dry running would be goodπ€.
Poor soggy Buddy.. βΉοΈ youβd have to drag me out in the rain if I was a dog π§ ... I hate the rain but need to get out for a run soon. May try running round my house instead... or on the spot.
Well done you on the run and definitely youβve had the last laugh as youβve done marvellous exercise and hopefully your spirit was lifting through the run x
Brilliant effort, much cooler in the rain. Iβve just done a 1hr walk in it, far too many clothes on with all the waterproofs, looking forward to running in it tomorrow in shorts and t-shirt. Happy running π€
Well done Buddy, sounds like a good run. I hate getting drenched. Perhaps I should go out in the rain more often. We certainly get a lot in soggy Wales. I smiled when I saw your dog was called Buddy. My name on here is after my dog Moli. She too dislikes the rain π
