Today is my 50 Birthday and as the name says fattofit50 I have reached it and feel i should drop the fatto bit and go with fitat50 or similar. As my wife said, I wasn't fat just a mature thin or extra padding here and there. Can i change names without losing past history at all? looking forward to the next years of keeping fit, if I can anyone can!

Just click on your avitar and go to settings and scroll down to you see your name and you can change it there

Congratulations on all your running success and happy Birthday. I am happier and healthier now in my 40's than I was in my late 20's and 30's. I lost 2.5 stone along the way. So I did have a bit of padding to get rid of. Enjoy all the Birthday celebrations.
