Oh no, sorry to hear that βΉοΈ All I can think of is to stretch if you can, increase your hydration and maybe look at eating some crisps to replace some of the salt you may have lost while exercising? Hope your legs feel better soon!
βLikingβ out of sympathy Scruff!! Everything Beatlesforever said plus Epsom salts in your bath - amazing for sore legs but hard to get hold of at this hour π€. In the meantime itβs good to stretch after a bath when your muscles are warm and crucial to hold those stretches long enough to allow the stretch to go deep enough, even to the point of discomfort and then you will feel it ease off. Breathe and relax into the stretch in a yoga kind of way. The more you can relax the better. Hope the pain eases off soon. π€

Can also be due to calcium or magnesium shortage so maybe a bit of dairy and green veg for supper ππ
My hubby swears by tonic water if he's overused his muscles. Personally I'd rather have the cramp π
