This morning, long run, week 2, JuJu's magic plan, time version - 39 mins = 4.2k. I noticed that I felt sooo much more comfortable during the final 1k, and I had got slightly faster! So I'm seeing gradual improvements which is encouraging. I listened to NRC 'run with Paula', inspiring or what! Happy running everyone π
