So sometimes you are just fed up.

Too much too do or things playing on your mind.

So what do you do? Go for a nice slow run that’s what!

When you go out to do a little run to clear your head and end up getting in a 10k.

It was an evening run so v slow but also v good. Cadence not the best but HR soo good 🙃🏃🏻‍♀️

Nice one. That’s a run that will give you so much back, that HR being down gives you lots of aerobic training effect!
