Feeling good!

Feeling good. Following the magic plan juju. I changed over to the distance plan at around wk 4 as it felt like I was running less and less each time. Did a few extra 5k to build the distance up and then continued to follow the plan. But was not sure if I would be able to do the 8k tonight as only done a 6.6 k so was aiming for around 7k . Got caught out by the darkness in the park so run the road instead and amazingly reached 8.1 k. My longest run ever, shame my gps did not connect but never mind! So happy. Looking forward to the shorter runs now and doing a 8 k again, in the daylight next time xxx

Love this. You should be really pleased with your progress. I adore longer runs. 8.1 k is 5m and that is a super distance. Glad you chose distance rather than time as you're ready for it. Your 10k or 6.21 m is well within reach. Congratulations on your longest run so far 🥳

Thank you so much. It's so easy to focus on the negative runs and not to consider how far you have come. Thanks for your support x
