Oh no Ju-Ju

Run 1 Week 1 of the Magic Plan and I have bust it already.

Ran for 27 minutes covered a distance of just 3.63 but ran up a 78 m elevation gain TWICE!!

that has to count for Run 1

My learning experience from this is

Hills are hard!

Great for starting the magic plan. Hills are tough but the more you run them the better you get 😊👍

That was a great elevation gain, hard but ultimately very rewarding in building stamina. Maybe dont keep repeating on the longer runs just yet🤣 happy running 🤗

Thanks

Too right! Back to the distance on a flat for me - although I might mix it up as the plan suggests but I dont want to do this on a long run - phew no!
