Almost a wash out this week. It took until Thursday before I got out for a run and that was just to the shops and back! Got back out of puff doubting myself!!
Yesterday I was going out for a run but instead had a lovely morning walk with my wife. So this morning I got up with a little uncertainty but knew I was going out!!
Best run for ages.
Sometimes it just happens . A run maybe not go as planed then you get a run that just feels really good and thats what you got today. Brilliant 👏
Well done getting it done today. In some ways this very light week will really help, like a cutback week on a marathon plan, it’s a chance for any little niggles to sort themselves out.
