I graduated from c25k (for the, ahem, the sixth time in 8 years) at the end of July. After spending August running 30-40 minutes a day every other day, this is beginning to feel not just mind blowing but normal.
So Week 1 Day 1 is a 15 minute run. I went out along the river, walked to the little bridge (4 or 5 minute walk) and then ran just 15 minutes before slowing back down at the bridge to walk. Honestly that only left me feeling unsatisfied. I did run a bit faster because I wasn't "saving myself" but I am even more raring to go than I was before was before my little run. The rest day is going to take f.o.r.e.v.e.r... because I can't wait to run again. I'm thinking this is part of the plan.

Hi Maud, well done on completing C25k so many times! 👏👏👏😄 Glad to hear you’re ready to go. I’ll be joining you on the plan. Should have run today but .... didn’t 😳 Hoping I have a similar reaction to you when I do my 2.5k run. Good luck with run 2. Hope you keep it together til you’re allowed to run again! 😄
