This podcast seems to have got me out of the doldrums and trying to run at a faster pace. Still very slow but I'm feeling more inspired.

Yea, it does that to you, for me it was quite a seismic shift in pace when I did it last week. Just completed the speed version this morning and that was fast!!! Well done on sticking with it and enjoying.😁

OMG did the stamina run this evening, gee whiz if that’s stamina, I’d hate to do the speed version!

However I did run a 5k PB (even with a 10 second walk breAk 20 minutes in 😂)

I really enjoyed these podcasts, my favourite was Stamina. Like you I found it gave me a boost after a bit of a rut. Happy running x
