I completed Couch to 5K a few weeks ago and want to keep up my running. Thinking ahead to winter weather, when running outside will not be so pleasant, can anyone recommend a good home treadmill?

Nothing is more unpleasant than a treadmill run. You’re better off embracing the weather 🤣

I run through the winter. I even wear shorts. All you need is an extra layer and a light wind and rain proof running jacket. Oh yeah, and a neck buff and hat.
Running through the winter is fine. Actually I prefer it to summer running. You don’t over heat and you also get nicely warm after a Kilometre. Anyway I live in Ireland, we get all 4 seasons in one day sometimes. Not a lot of difference between winter and summer here.😂

Totally agree four seasons in a day here in the west of Scotland too.😱
We share a climate. Hits us first and moves up to you. Every photo we have of the kids on a beach holiday in Ireland during the summer is of them in wellies, hats and coats. 😂 Honestly. We were away in the west of Ireland on a break 2 weeks ago and we had 5 days of rain, storm Ellen and high winds. 😃
I have a treadmill and it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. Great for Icey weather in the winter and also when I’m pushed for time with work. I got mine from Argos and it’s the roger black I think it was just over £300 with delivery. The treadmill has kept me running I don’t think I would of still been running without it.
