yesterday I ran my furthest run yet (both distance and time)! 45 minutes running and 7.2km. For the first time I ran with someone else which as lovely, and also made sure I was running easy enough so i could speak to them. And I surprised myself! In the beginning we started off slowly (6:40 for km 1), but by the end it was 6:02/km. By then end my legs were tired, but all in all I felt really good!!

I remember last year I would return from a run all out of breath and having to sit down, but this time we got back and I felt good! Not tired, not having to sit down I was so exhausted.

I'm very pleased with myself :)
