There are bridge to 10k apps, but most people follow JuJu's magic plan. You'll see a pinned post if you scroll down. Or is that up. 😁 I printed out the plan and stuck it up in my kitchen. If you want some virtual company, there is usually a monthly start date so people can all start it together and cheer each other on. Good luck!

Perfect explanation! Yes the magic plan is just that.

Although there's no 'in ear' guidance the magic plan is super and will get you to 10k the safest and most confident way. This forum is awesome too. Well done so far and good luck moving forward!

Yes this is Fab, and the good thing is you can mix it up each day or week depends how you feel as some days you feel like you can bunny hop all over the place and today's you feel like your running on the spot, minus headwind ha 😉.

Its brilliant and very well satisfaction guaranteed week 5 I got to 60mins, just happened, but I'm still doing it , its that rewarding. Good 👍

Congratulations on completing c25k. Its advised that you run 3x 30 minute runs per week for a few weeks then you can move on to the 10k plan . Good luck 😊👍

This is the plan that loads of people used and you can chose the time or distance
