Worst run ever!

Went out at 6.15am this morning to avoid the heat but only managed 2.72km! It was so HOT! Even though I had drunk lots of water I felt queasy and weird. When I got home the thermometer read 29C! Still, managed not to beat myself up but congratulate myself that I'd tried!

Absolutely this! Well done and genuinely, the right thing to do. You went out, not far off of 3k in the bag and keeping the legs ticking over. The only worst run is the one where you don't go out the door. Rather than individual runs, view your running as bulk ones where each one is as important as the next regardless of time or distance. Keeping going out is the most important bit so a big well done!

Good to hear from you . I agree with your decision .

I went out last Thursday at 6:30 , it was hot and very-very humid with fine mist falling . I begged it to rain, none the less, I struggled plodding to achieve my goal and decided, never again , not in this current weather .

The rain did arrived , tooooo late for me as I walked into the house !

Now at 6:30 , it’s 1 to 3 K only max. I’m ok with that , I suppose it will mean harder work in the fall :z

I’m sure others must be struggling too. 🐾
