I had planned a long run this morning but flagged as soon as i left the house changed my plan as i was melting out my leggings and my sweat band was a wet band 😬 Did 3.6 km and was so pleased to go home. I salute proper hardcore runners who can properly run in all weathers 🤗

You need shorts and a lightweight running cap at the least

Running in the heat is brutal!

Sounds like a good decision to me CaptFrey - that 3.6k will keep you going!

I’m due to run tomorrow morning and am going to have to get up very early!😲

Early is best. I may see about a lido swim tomorrow

In the current heat down south it sounds like you made the right decision. A cool 11 deg here in north east Scotland but beautiful blue skies. Unfortunately today is not a run day🤣 happy running 🤗

11 degrees sounds heavenly

Any run is a run so well done on going out and giving your legs a stretch. That was enough today and when the temperature drops you can extend 😊
