Well where did those 4 weeks go to.

Managed this mornings run with no cramp hopefully it was just my shoes tied too tight.

Thanks yes pleased there was no cramp today. Hopefully next week will be a bit easier as it’s the same runs as this week but I’m not counting on it !!! 🙏🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
