Well left glute to be more precise... I had pretty much come to that conclusion from internet reading and watching video's and this was the conclusion from my online physio session on tuesday evening. So single leg squats it is for me, and variations of, and see how I'm doing in 2 weeks. Ok to keep running so that's good π
It's amazing how weak it is actually π€¦ββοΈ maybe it explains why even though I've been running for almost 12 months there are times I don't really feel any stronger π€·ββοΈ
