After doing 10k on Sunday I planned to go out for 5k on Tuesday morning, Tuesday came and I didn't get out of bed early enough and thought I will do it tomorrow so planned on Wednesday. Early Wednesday I woke up with cramp in my calf and was hobbling around the bedroom at 3 in the morning. I thought it was Ok till I got up to go for a run and I couldn't even weight bear on it so that was Wednesday run gone. Hobbled to work and they were saying put heat on it so last night I put a hot water bottle on my leg and it worked! No cramp and this morning i went out and ran my almost PB of 5k in 33 minutes!
