Anyone else's elevation gain missing from Garmin?

Ran this morning but the elevation gain is missing from garmin but when it transfers over to strava its there.

Garmin are having a few issues at them, being as they have had cyber attack and all their emails, Internet and phones went down completely the other day! I think you are lucky to get anything connecting properly at them!

Not sure what the updates are on that but someone was demanding 10 million dollars from them!

Yes it was only today that it started working but I know its not 100% yet👍

Missing on mine but as it’s all stored on the watch it should update eventually. I think they’ve done well getting so much up and running in 1day when you think of the number of users across the world. 🤗

My cadence was missing at one point from yesterday’s run but there now. Think if you keep syncing it’ll eventually show up.

With every sync a little bit more starts to show.

Think we are going to have a few days of things not being quite right. I'm missing 15,280 steps from last Thursday. But at least they've got it up and running 😁

It is just the last two runs where it is missing; no complaints about Garmin at all, I agree. Tough problem to solve with crooks pulling one way and US government pulling the other no doubt.

The data is in their server evidently... my guess is that the data will appear at some point. They changed everything from “down” to “limited” and mentioned that some data may not be available as soon as we are used to... Strava also announced that some data may take a week to be complete... they’ve obviously had a conversation.

My Garmin 45s totally died during outage and a replacement was sent. Took ages to set up but won’t sync at all and not a hope of syncing to Strava . Very frustrating as cannot get hold of call centre .

My garmin connect said this also but I just kept tapping the sync symbol top left and it eventually started working

I just tried that with my fingers crossed but my sync button is grey and not working. There is a new message that they're happy to say problems are sorted and updating is under way so hopefully I'll be up and running today 🤞

Mine worked this morning, elevation and descent too. But my whole run from Wednesday seems to be lost.

Yes me too, no elevation 🤔 obviously all is not quite fixed over at Garmin yet.

Just need to wait. I've still no elevation on todays run either but everything else is there 😊🏃‍♀️
