Listen carefully to aches, stretch out and donโ€™t run if itโ€™s still there. Take care ๐Ÿค—

Good luck on the magic plan and remember to slow down for the long runs . Do listen to your body though and take 2 days rest if needed - you donโ€™t have to do it within a calendar week.
