I did it..... new shoes🥳🥳🥳🥳

I took your advice and braved the high street and got my gait analysis done.

So glad I did, my right foot does pronate inwards so probably a factor for the hip niggle 🤔

Looking forward to my first run in them tomorrow, thanks guys for your sound advice👍
