Still trying to make 5k more comfortable and consistent before moving on. Been managing to run more often recently so I seem to have improved on time a bit- 32.55 on Strava this morning but struggled for the last 2 K, having to slow down to a walk a couple of times but it still came in as a PB so am feeling chuffed.
When I slowed to a walk, I decided to carry on instead of giving up which was the right decision as I did best time ever!
Going to carry on for a couple of weeks and then perhaps try Jujus 10k plan 🏃♀️🏃♀️
