Well enjoyed my 35 minute run this morning In the rain. However was struggling a bit towards the end. Only 1 more run this week then hopefully onto W2. I set off early ( for me) at about 7-10 but it was really busy had to stop to cross a couple of roads in the village and even the little country lanes were busy with milk tankers flying about so not a peaceful run but still another good run. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Sounds a good run apart from the traffic😊 I've noticed the roads seem to be getting back to normal. I'm just starting on the 60 minute plan. Happy running x

Great work avoiding those vehicles. As you are now on the 10k plan are there any quieter routes you can try as you will be out for longer and longer. Starting/stopping and constantly looking out for traffic is exhausting. Good luck and happy running 🤗

I was hoping it would be quieter on this route which is new to me and goes around the village. But I shall have to look for another new one as I hopefully progress on JuJu’s plan. 👍

Yes, so true! I am struggling with the middle distance runs. I have a couple of nice 5ks and when I can manage 8-10 I have some I can't wait to try out, but now I'm on 7s, I think I will have to resort for 3.5 out and backs!

Good luck with that, out and back requires a positive mind set to not turn round early🤣 but you have the promise of those lovely long runs very soon🤗
