1 hour 4 mins, I'm pretty pleased with that It was a lovely morning to get out, nice and dry and mild with a bit of a breeze. I kept to the flat this time as hills more than once a week are just too sapping.

Sounds fab. I was naughty and ran on Friday and Saturday so I'm making myself take a rest day. It does look tempting out there...... Must..... Resist....!
