Well done for starting. I found I benefitted from slowing right down when I started this plan, always the option to speed up at a later date. You completed c25k so can do this too if you take your time and believe in yourself and the plan. Happy running 🤗

Definitely try hard to find a lower gear🐌🐌🐌, I also used to try to do the "big one" first then I could enjoy the rest of the week 😊

You'll grow into it, don't worry. Just keep going!
