Quite pleased with my not parkrun time of 30.11 this morning and it my 1st wedding anniversary. So a nice way to start the day.

Well done on those 2 PB runs this week, that 10K on Wednesday and this morning's (not) parkrun result of 30.11.

Tomorrow will be my 1st Parkruniversary, it will be my 17th virtual parkrun, I have ran 17 official Parkruns, it will also be my 4th not parkrun.
