I am finding it hard to run at the moment when having sleepless nights and low mood. Just wondered if there were any tips, I know I feel better after a run, it’s just getting motivated and dressed whilst experiencing hot and cold flushes, it’s completely draining.

I have completed the C25K early June and I have done a few consolidation runs, but these seem to be getting harder, so loosing confidence also.

Any ideas, times to run, foods to boost etc would be grateful

Well done graduating c25k. I’m sorry you are struggling at the moment. Instead of consolidating with the same run try shaking it up a bit. If you have a lovely place to run go there, try a short run - ignore speed or distance just go for a nice peaceful scenic run. Maybe try aiming for a total distance or time for July then every run whatever the distance/time counts. Happy running 🤗

Thank you Grannyhugs, I will plan some different runs, will have a rest today, and gear myself up for tomorrow, see how it goes 😀
